The Berlin project fund »Kulturelle Bildung« promotes cultural projects by, and together with young people. The administration is managed by the SKWK, which is affiliated with the Berlin Senate. Shaping culture is an ongoing process and can be a difficult task through all its barriers – can’t it be easier to fund innovative projects for everyone involved?
